The quality of the materials, workmanship, customer service, and cost is unbeatable in my opinion. I shopped around extensively and no one comes close to the price and quality. I bought doors from Joe and it has been a nightmare. Bought a set of solid wood doors I loved only to have them crack and start splitting within three months. After some haggling he replaced them with a new set, but the same thing happened. He said it is because the way the sun hits the door, which he never told me when I first bought these doors for $4000 or I would have not gotten them. He had the original set repaired and same thing happened but worse because I could not close them properly in the winter. By January he said I needed fiberglass and gave me one option because if the size of my doors and said they would cost another $1800 because these were such quality doors. It took seven months for him to put them in stating there was a delay in shipping blah blah blah. In March he said two more weeks and it is now mind July. I hate these doors immensely and now that I am am looking to replace them through someone else, I can see they are cheap and he charged me for additional doors and is not replacing the faulty doors he put in originally. If I knew that was going to be the case I would have gone with someone else and got the doors I wanted. I Hate these doors and they make my house look cheap. I would not recommend this company because I feel like if got so crewed over. . But I will say I like the installer very much.

My wife and I hired Halim and we couldn't be more pleased. We started looking for a new door on Tuesday, Halim was the first to get back to me, and we had a beautiful door installed on Wednesday.
