Art gave us an estimate to some paint work which required some scraping and sealing. It took about twice as long to complete than estimated. Some of this was due to weather but the majority was doe to his not being available. About 6 weeks after he completed the work a big blotch of paint fell off the house and looks terrible. He admitted the problem was his mistake and he would be back within a week to correct the problem. That was two weeks ago and now he is not answering his phone
I will call this company for all my repairs!!!

I hired them to do maintenance on my swamp cooler to get it up and running and it has been one problem after the other. They had done it the year before and no problem. I asked what parts do I need to get (after he checked it out) and he said it needs a water pump. I get the water pump and new pads and he puts the new pads in and installs the water pump. Then he says it needs a new float. He said he can't finish today. I purchase the float and let him know that i have it and to schedule a time to come back out. He took more than a week for him to come out and he left shortly after (not checking to see if the Swamp Cooler is running properly) It turns out it won't even come on. Texted him and he just says that he doesn't know what the problem is. Doesn't say he'll come out ____ to see what the problem is and fix it. Nothing. Who am I? A 67 year old widow.
