They had staff change when we first started but Damon took over and took great care of us. We love our screen room and extended deck. Very solid and sturdy and attractive. Lots of comments from neighbors! Professional and friendly. Kept us updated on delays. Would use again. Thanks Damon!!

Taylor and Clay did a great job for us. We had a badly overgrown flower bed in our front yard that needed to be gutted and completely redone before our son’s graduation party. They worked us into their schedule and were able to get it done the day before the party. They were efficient and professional. We appreciate what they did for us and we’re happy with the results.

I would not use them outside of cutting grass, it is all they are capable of. Abandoned the job site and stole my deposit.

Unfortunately, situations arise where a customer tries to work the system in order to get free work completed and this happened to be the case here. After bidding the job, the customer switched the scope of the work multiple times and then expected everything to be the same price and even continued to reference the original proposal price as the reason it should be completed at a set price. The proposal was specific on scope of work and material being used and when he wanted to step outside of the original scope, we informed him we would need to update the price. The customer was not receptive of this and wanted a job that was twice as much work, done for the same price. The worker did not leave on his own accord but was TOLD to leave the job by the homeowner because the homeowner said "he didn't know what he was doing." This particular worker has 13 years of experience in landscaping and left the job instead of being combative with a customer because that is what all employees are instructed to do. The customer then demanded his $600 deposit after running my employees around and allowing partial work to be completed and then threatened legal action and bad reviews if we did not complete the project that he wanted for the original proposal price. The customer was encroaching on extortion with how he was handling the project and did not like that we refused to comply with his demands. Material procurement and completed work easily surpassed the amount of the deposit and this was explained thoroughly to him.

These folks were inexperienced at best. Negligent at worst. Tried to have them fix work they did to get it functional. They did not return my call. What work they initially did had to be redone. The price was very high for what we got. Make sure you get proof of licenses etc. we asked and we are assured they had it but never saw it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Hi John, I am sorry that this is the experience you had with us as a company. In the event a mistake is ever made, we always fix our mistakes. Also, inexperienced is not an accurate description for my framing crews seeing that they are led by two men with over 25 years of experience. Luckily, Angis will not allow anyone to be on here without proof of a license but we are licensed and I keep the license in a PDF file as well as COI that is easily sent upon request. Also, pricing was agreed upon before starting work and we were not even paid in full because we were told after the fact that pricing was not correct. Even though we strongly refute this review, we will use it to grow as a company and do a better job in the future.

AJ was very helpful and discussed various options. The Crews were very courteous, professional and easy to work with. Overall project (dirt, sod and mulch) was well done and very timely.
