We scheduled appointments with Gutter Helmet and two competitor's to compare services, quality of products and prices. Our Gutter Helmet salesman was so knowledgeable he throughly answered and of our questions and concerns. We thankfully chose Gutter Helmet and canceled our other appointments. Follow up and communication was excellent. Scheduling the installation was convenient. The install team was on time and did a great job. Overall, we were throughly satisfied from start to finish. Product is not performing as advertised. Customer service is terrible. A vicious cycle of phone tag and if you miss their call you have to start the cycle over again. I have been lied to and called a liar. After installation and product not working as advertised was told (after many attempts trying to get someone to call me back) that a technician came out even though I have cameras on my house and no one ever showed. After the woman on the phone called me a liar I was told someone would call me whitin 72 hours 5 days later no call.

Debated for years on a gutter update. Our gutters were so full of debris from trees and wind and dirt. We didn't feel the need to climb a ladder any more. Made the call to Gutter Helmet. Explorer our options and chose the perfect color to look good with the house. Installation was very professional and cleanup was completed and gutters look amazing and match the house perfectly. This company installed our Gutter Helmets in 2006. We have not had to clean our gutters since then but a tree limb fell on part of the gutter and it did not work as efficiently. It cost very little to have that portion of the gutter repaired and replaced. I highly recommend this company.

We love our Gutter Helmet. As you get older, it becomes difficult to clean out the gutters and this is the solution. The staff was professional, courteous, and timely. The installers were quick and cleaned up well. We recommend this company to everyone who needs gutter covers. The price is reasonable and the follow up service was fabulous.

Poor communication. They used the wrong size downspouts. Gutter on the front is shorter than the roofline. The diverter does not work. It has been 5 weeks. The downspouts have been replaced with the correct size and a new gutter has been put on that is the right length. Diverter still does not work. They have been here 7 times and it is still not done. I waited 3 hours for the installer today and when he came, he said he did not have the right color. He will try to come back tomorrow. Poor, poor service.

I called one company they never called me back? then I called gutter helmet and they treated me like a king. they came out to my home they were super nice and did a super nice job they made my home look so fantastic. you can t ask for a nicer bunch of people . if you don t get gutter to do the work don t blame me for your bad experience. I love my new rain gutters you guys are the best THANKS for making my home look so great

Communication regarding installation was poor. I had no idea when they were coming to install until they'd been there and the job was done. No one contacted me. They showed up while I was at work. A sign in my yard was the way I found they'd been there.
