Came out and repaired the roof where the shingles had been blown upwards. Included pictures of the roof and actually found another spot potentially bad and patched that also. Was fixed in a matter of hours from when I first called.

After reaching out to multiple contractors in the area for a siding projects, I went with Guardian because of how professional they were and their pricing on the job. The project recently finished and it was great! Instead of two days, they replaced my siding in one and it looks incredible! Huge shoutouts to Josh for how communicative he was throughout the work being done and how thorough he was in the completion walkthrough, and to the entire crew for how hard they worked and the quality of the project! Everyone at Guardian was amazing to work with and made me confident that the work would be great. I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my new siding since the work was done and everytime I look at my house outside I smile a bit.

There were some shingles applied crooked but the guys came out and fixed them once I pointed it out. Not everything went smoothly but, overall, I am satisfied with the results.

I have holes in my exterior walls! I was having problems with a chimney area due to animal damage. Guardian convinced me the thing to do was to take the chimney down entirely. This took up pretty much my whole home repair budget but I felt I had to act to keep squirrels from getting into the house. After the chimney was removed there were vent holes (no longer connecting to any devices) in the concrete foundation walls of the basement. Guardian was just going to walk away at this point because they "don't do concrete" but after I objected they kludged the opening with tape.
