quality workmanship and Ben stands behind his work . He sent crew member back to add another coat of paint on trim molding. He was fitting my small job into his busy schedule so I had to wait on several days for the crew to show up. Gentleman who painted the trim mold was obviously a heavy smoker and I am sensitive to that smell which lingered after his departure. He was meticulous in his work and showed great customer care.

He did not do a bath remodel. Instead he built a porch over my patio.

The crew solved a problem that had lasted for months, In three days It was completed in a timely manner with a crew who explained what they were doing and with a cleanup that was terrific. I would reccomend them without reservation. Sometimes you don't get what you paid for, but with Guardian Home Pro you really do.

Given detailed material list and scope of work. Failed to follow. First item - failed to pull permits as specified. Many materials he brought were the wrong items and had to be exchanged (he blamed it on the store). Tile job looks like crap -- uneven tile and grout all over glass mosaic. And as a final straw, when job completed and paid, found out hot/cold water reversed in shower.

I would highly recommend Guardian Home Pro - extremely knowledgeable in their work - can't say enough positive remarks about my experience remodeling my bathroom.
