Write a ReviewThey forgot the original appointment and it took three visits to finish job right. Having to reschedule due to major unexpected issues on another job is perfectly understandable. Forgetting the appointment is poor. They sent one guy for a two guy job (replace trim flashing around garage door opening). Other than those issues, very pleasant easy to work with and well priced
Ben was easy to work with. Even though his crew initially missed finishing a couple things he was very prompt to return and complete the work himself.
They were prompt, on time.
Ben Morgan and team have been a pleasure to work with. Very good quality workmanship and reliable. I had lots of work done, from new tiled bathrooms, flooring, roofing, new patio enclosure, Ac, lighting, electrical, plumbing and more. He even completed a beautiful deck for my wife and I to enjoy.
We were impressed by Ben and his workers when this process began, that when they were on the job, they worked, not just standing around . He was a month late in beginning the job, with no explanation given as to why they were late; the job was estimated to be 2 months long; we are now in the 9th month of dealing with Ben. Likeable guy, but he will not come back and finish up what he knows needs to be done. We continue to have his tools and trash laying around in our yard, we need certain little jobs finished inside the house, and need siding on end of house and boxing on new room. He will not call us, nor show his face around here, after repeated calls and e-mails to him. He supposedly has ordered doors and windows to be delivered to our house - about a month ago - we've seen none, nor him. We felt like we were fair to him, paying him whenever he asked for money, but apparently that doesn't help command respect from him. We just want him and his crew to return for about 2-3 full days of work to complete the job, and we think our "relationship" can end once we feel we have gotten our true money's worth.
Due to unfortunate circumstances, building plan changes, product order and inspection delays job has run past due date, for house addition. Mr. and (consumer name withheld per their request) have been very patience during this process. I can understand these eagerness in completion of project. Due to delays, other obligations came into play and were unable to reschedule. There project is set to be complete in next 7 to 10 days. Hopefully we can turn this around and come out positive. Work was decent quality, had a few QC issues but Ben works hard to fix any problems and is good about standing by his warranty.
There was a issue with tile that was chosen. A natural stone tile is weaker and prone to breaking. Sub contractor error was also involved. We no longer use sub contractors. Period.
Ben, the owner, always contacted us in a timely manner. The staff was very courteous, and the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Ben and his crew did an excellent job. Arrived as scheduled and completed the deck ad on in two days. Ben outlined the scope of the work and it was completed as outlined. Very pleased with workmanship and professionalism. Would highly recommend!!
