Rick was wonderful. He was able to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator over the phone, saving a service call. I appreciate his professional knowledge and willingness to work with me. Guaranteed Appliance Repair will be a first call for any appliance repair I might need in the future.
Rick made quick work and diagnosed our issue and fixed the dryer in less than 45 minutes. He was friendly and accomadating.

Seemed to know the problem immediately. Reasonably priced. He called at 11:45 and said he was anead of schedule and asked if he could come now, the showed up at 2:30. Was scheduled for noon. But other than the timing, I was pleased with his work.
Had the job finished in a very short time. Nice guy, but made it clear he didn't want any help (including me holding the lid so it wouldn't hit him in the head.)
