Rick quickly assessed the problem with my dryer and had it fixed in short order. The fee was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Guaranteed for prompt and courteous service.

Very nice person to work with. Our cloths dryer would run, but no heat. Rick replaced a part that seemed to fix the problem. Dryer heated up, but after he left and I tried to dry some clothes the heat would go off after about 10 minutes. I immediately called him and he came back the next day. Turns out the timer was bad and the part to replace it was really expensive. I’m assuming he was telling us the truth. We decided not to put any more money into it. He then offered to give us back $80.00 of the $163.00 we had paid him the day before.

Rick was very professional and honest. He had the lowest service charge of those I profiled. He is his business-(Guaranteed Appliance Repair), so, being a self-run business some individuals may find that to be a negative because he has to do his own ordering, etc., but I found it refreshing. Very down to earth yet professional and helpful. Also cost-effective and a good communicator.
