They arrived on time and explained the process. There was little down time during the process, continually working. And the clean up was very through.

Over two days Shane did an excellent job both replacing 10 cracked / loose kitchen floor tiles and applying the grout sealer. He was very courteous, did an excellent job of cleaning the work area after he was done, and even brought our little dog (who had been hiding) upstairs to where I was. Travis also provided excellent customer service.

They did a outstanding job! They were very professional and knowledgeable about the repairs I needed. They showed up on time and they stayed on the job until it was completed, and they finished ahead of schedule! If you need tile repairs I would recommend Grout Service.
