Gavin Gordon exhibits excellent customer service and professionalism. After requesting an appointment online and choosing a day/time, the appointment was confirmed and scheduled. After asking us about our concerns, Gavin inspected the home inside and out, measured, evaluated the levels and gave us his expert recommendations. The experience was very informative and we are confident that our foundation issues will be repaired and resolved by Alpha Foundations.

This is a follow up to my prior review of Alpha Foundations. After reading my initial review, Alex (The General Manager) conctacted me to chat about my experience. I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family.

Gavin Gordon was the inspector. He identified the problem areas and spent time explaining all the details of the job. Dylan and the rest of the crew did a great install and the Miami office was a great experience. Very professional all around. Would definitely recommend this company.

Alpha Foundations did an excellent job on our lanai. In the process of stabilizing the lanai slab, they remedied the cracks and uneven surface caused by a combination of ground settling and improper installation during the initial house construction. They were knowledgeable and professional, explained what they were doing very well, were very detail oriented, and demonstrated great customer service. They exceeded our expectations and we would very much recommend them to others needing similar services.

Anthony & George did a great job. The we're very focused on the details, reviewing the status of each injection, refilling. They explained every step of the process.
