Very polite, informative and pleasant to talk to...he helped me understand what he was doing and how long it would take to complete...he sent me pictures of the completed project...he was on time with everything...great team and company!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very knowledgeable about roof, roof repair and water circulation. Their very difficult repair job proved to be perfect and hold with no problems during the heavy rain from December 2021 in California.

pro showed up at door without a phone call or any contact, Homeowner was nice enough to let him take a look at the roof, pro came down and said "he could fix it for $2,500 take or leave it." I don't work that way and told him no, he came across as a scam did not appreciate someone showing up at my home without an appointment.

Greentree resealed my sunroom that developed leaks less than 2 years after it was resealed by Buena Vista. In fact BV wouldn't even return my calls or emails. They used superior material and even erected a scaffold to avoid walking on the glass. The job was first-rate and no leaking, even from the storm on 12/23, was evident. James Carroll is the man to conduct business with.
