Ed came to inspect for a small roof leak. He found it and repaired it on the spot. He said the job was too small to change anything even though I tried to pay him something for showing up. They'll be my first call for any roofing problems.

These guys were great. Its not easy to say, but every now and then you come across a contractor that exudes the confidence and surety to address your construction related problems. Eric and his team were done sooner than I thought with the repair, and just in time for the next storm a few days later. I write to you 2 days after the 4 day storm to say no leaks were experienced.

Make sure to ask questions so you fully understand what is covered in their service guarantee. Get it in writing in case something happens so you can reference it. When they came out to complete the work, they said they would guarantee their work for up to 10 years and after a year I am having issues with my roof leaking. They said they will give me a quote for the work but it would not be covered under their guarantee. update: They came back out to fix it. It was a 2 day process. They scraped the whole roof and bagged it all up, and then put that foam insulation up. And I keep the 10 year guarantee.

The area that we repaired is not leaking -the roof is leaking in a different area of the home -we do honor the warranty of the leak we were contracted to fix.

Ed was the only one who called out of a bunch of calls to roofers. He said my roof was in good shape and just needed some maintenance. He had the work done quickly and gave me a visual inspection and explained everything he did and how long it would last. I will sleep better now knowing my roof won t leak and IF it does, I trust Ed will come out and fix it. He Asked me to contact him if I had any problems!
