"I hired HandyCrew Services to do a "laundry list" of jobs around my condo. The jobs included installing light fixtures, installing a bathroom faucet, installing a bathroom fan, texturing and painting my kitchen ceiling, re-painting my security door to name just a few. These are jobs I've been wanting to get done and have sort of put off because of finances. I got the finances together - along with figuring out exactly what I wanted - and began looking for a handyman service. I selected HandyCrew Services because they do have licenses, their staff is very professional, they returned with a written estimate of each job broken down almost immediately - within 4 hours of the estimator coming to my home. Pricewise, they came well within the range I had expected. The crew arrived on time and prepared to work. The bathroom fan was installed by 2 men who did a fabulous job! The fan was installed quickly and works beautifully. They placed plastic sheeting around the entire bathroom, took all their trash with them, and left the bathroom clean, neat and organized. Gustavo did all of the other jobs himself, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He did these jobs over 2 days, and worked efficiently and quickly. Yet, Gustavo was also thorough with each job he worked. When he finished he cleaned up the area and left the area looking clean. All of the members on this crew were respectful of my possessions and were careful not to cause a situation that would place my possessions in jeopardy. I would most definitely utilize this company again, and will feel comfortable referring them to any friends or neighbors who might be looking for handyman services. I really cannot speak highly enough about this company!"

"We brought in Modernyze for a room addition, covered patio and a complete backyard transformation ? and the results blew us away. Tim has a gift for taking your ideas and turning them into something even better than you pictured. The addition is seamless with the rest of the house, you'd never know it wasn't part of the original build. And our backyard went from completely unused space to our favorite part of the home. Outdoor kitchen, new hardscape, lighting ? the whole nine. What made the biggest difference was how well Tim managed the entire scope. Two major projects running at once could have been a nightmare but his team kept everything organized and on track. The craftsmanship is next level. We basically live outside now. If you're thinking about a big project, don't waste your time with anyone else."

"I chose Innov8 Restoration for renovation of several areas in my condo and am absolutely thrilled with the results. Working with Takis and his team was such a pleasure. They are very responsive, accommodating and dedicated to get all aspects of the project right, which involved replacement of flooring in kitchen and guest bathroom, in addition to complete demolition, rebuilding in accordance with regulated standards, and upgrading all features of the master bathroom’s existing 1970s walk-in shower. The new modern shower and tiled flooring positively transformed the master bathroom, adding a touch of luxury and zen. "I cant explain enough, just how wonderful of an experience we had with Newland. The professionalism and patience that we received throughout the entire process gave us the assurance and value that we hoped we would get from such a demanding job. Our home and family were treated with respect, our ideas were welcomed and now the quality of our home life is forever changed for the better. We began meeting with contractors to see what could be done so that our home could better suit our needs. We met with two other contractors before we met Terry with Newland. After our initial consultation with Terry we knew that Newland would be the company that would help us to make our home dreams a reality. We now have exactly what we wanted in an addition and our home is comfortable and beautiful. Our family of six is now happy and peaceful, and we aren t cramped and crowded for space anymore! The new master bathroom is so stunning and spacious that weve actually spent a significant amount of time in there just visiting with guests when we are showing off the remodel. We have well designed storage spaces, and our staircase fits beautifully in the downstairs space it took up.
