The owner was extremely responsive, on time and followed up numerous times to make sure we were happy and that the stains fully came out. He actually came back a second time to make sure the job was done to 100% satisfaction. They were fast, easy to work with and beyond nice and trustworthy! FYI my son puked all over a light grey couch and carpet and all stains are fully gone! Highly highly recommend!

Had a radiator leak on a brand new very expensive carpet. Called them early in the morning and he was there by noon. He came back a few days later to make sure it was in great shape. Highly recommend!

They were amazing to work with! This company is truly professional. They did excellent cleaning and repair for my large Moroccan oriental rug. Technician came on time, explained the whole cleaning process. After they picked up the rug , they was keeping me updated during all repair process with photos. I was very happy when I saw my rug. After the color restoration process and repair I couldn t even find any difference.The rug looks great. Thank you guys for such a good service you provided!

Thank you so much for your amazing work! I was looking for an affordable company to clean my house rugs and found them. They did an excellent job. The rugs look almost new and they even removed the stains. Communication was great. Nice people.

Best carpet cleaning experience I ve had! I have a 9 x12 rug that has a very special meaning to me. I am a dog owner and the rug got stained to a point that it looks dirty. I used other carpet cleaning companies before but was never amazed by the results. I got in touch with Guy from Green Carpet Cleanup, he responded very fast, and came to pickup the rug as promised. When the rug was returned I was shocked. It looked BRAND NEW! Excellent service, I would hire again.

Be aware. Guy, the owner, talked me into paying $10/sf for cleaning wool rugs in factory, twice the best professional would charge.

Hi Satish,we sorry hear that you feel that way.As we understand first we clean 2 floors staircase. You and your wife decided to go for factory cleaning for your 3 Persian rugs after est. The price that you paid is $6.5 per sq.ft as you did not count staircases from full amount. We even give you an option to pay full amount after rugs was delivered so you can check the quality of cleaning. On delivery day you told us you are happy with the job done and week after you text us to give refund 50% off the total because you find cheaper prices online. Sorry we cannot Refund you money based on your request. Feel free to call us if you have any questions.
