Reviews
Write a ReviewBEWARE BE INFORMED Charlie Hill, Brad Rowgo and Don Joyner 4 1/2 years they have not been able to complete the job of waterproofing my basement. Always want to sell another fix. I have spent over $10,000 and all three original leaks are still there. They have denied a full refund stating now it is my landscaping, which has not changed in 10 years. They would settle for a refund of $1200, ridiculous! They actually tried selling me moreâ ¦stating a sump pump package is needed now. There is nothing wrong with my sump pump. Do not sign their contract without modifying it to protect yourself.
There worker was on time and did a good job. Explain the process of what he was doing. Very satisfied with the job.
Punctuality is very important here at Great Lakes Waterproofing and we are glad we were able to please you. Don't hesitate to reach out to us if you need anything further. Thank you for your time.
Great Lakes Waterproofing only sold me what I knew I needed (a French Drain System). No pressure by the salesman (John) to buy additional services. The crew performing the work, was efficient and professional.
Thank you for your feedback Jerry. We are very happy to hear that you are pleased with our services and will continue to be here for all of your waterproofing needs. Have a great day.
