I hired this company to replace part of my natural grass with artificial turf, and I had a very good experience. The contractor responded quickly, came to evaluate the space, and brought several turf options so I could see the differences. He clearly explained the pros and cons of each option, the price differences, and why some materials cost more than others. I appreciated that he gave his recommendation but also let me decide based on my priorities. He also shared references from previous projects, which gave me confidence in his work. Compared to other quotes I received, the price was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. It felt like very good value for the quality and professionalism. The installation went smoothly, the team worked efficiently, and they left everything clean and organized. Several weeks later, the turf still looks great and is performing well. I would definitely recommend them.

The company started the installation of our turf in July 2024. They left a large hole in the side yard and said they?d be back with a covering. We had to call and text monthly for 6 months before the finally came and finished in January 2025. They never did fix the obvious seems in the yard either. November 2025 our turf starts caving in, multiple sections of our yard. We contacted Mike right away with photos of what is happening. He says it?s normal, they just need to lift and add more sand to compact the areas better. It?s now February 2026 and yet again we?re at the end of another week that he said his guys would be here to repair it. Believe the 1 star reviews, stay far away from this company.

I hired him and gave him 50% down payment ($2500). I had to wait for 2 months for him to begin. Once he started, it took him 2 weeks. It is a very small space. I paid and then, I noticed that grass (he called it sage) was coming out of where he had just installed the aritificial turf. He said that I should pull it out and put something on that would kill the sage. I said that could not that, because I am allergic to that stuff. But, he said that he good do it. That was the start of the problem. He promised he would come out to do it. After several appointments (and many times of rescheduling), he didn't show up until 2.5 months had gone by. I finally had to have my son get involved, which caused him to finally do the spraying for the sage problem.

All I can say is, I am so disappointed for two years now I have been promised that he would come out and fix two spots that have concaved in. They actually concave it in a week after the job was done. He said that?s normal and that he promised he would come out and fix it. I have literally been calling him texting him calling him and texting him month after month after month and he promises me all the time that he?ll come out he promises me that when he?s in Fort Myers, he?ll come out a couple times he told me his guys were on their way and then changed their mind because it was later or too late in the day I have been told so many darn things that I?m getting to think at this point, I?m just stupid enough to think he will be to his word. But when a man gives you his word and promises you, you?d like to think that he would follow through with it so no very disappointed will never ever refer him and I have referred him several times but no will not ever use him again

They were really fast, and did what they said they'd do. They were available to talk by phone, and they answered questions. They got the job done in four days, and it looks good!

I paid Miguel Castillo of Grass My Ass 5,767.30 to install a putting green my back yard on March 5, 2025. I noticed several wrinkles in the turf immediately after the installation. Miguel, promised me that he would have his guys coming that weekend to fix it. He claimed he had a large project that would take monopolize his time, but he would fix it. I explained to him I was a snowbird and would be returning back to Alaska at the end of March and wanted to fix it immediately. After I left he kept promising but never completed the project. It was the worst experience I?ve ever had with any business. I texted him regularly about the progress and even gave him the code to my fence to complete it with me not being there. I would not recommend this business!

I run a very large company and I only wish I had employees like my crew runs this fine Turf company. He is professional and his people are of quality. he completed a small but corrective job that had been living with for years. I highly recommend his organization for anyone who is considering a large turf installation or a small one. Ià ¢à  à  m sure he handles each category with the same professional detail that I experienced. Ità ¢à  à  s terrific organization.

I have used this company 2 different times and both times their work was excellent. The professionalism is spot on, and their workmanship is wonderful. I cannot say enough about this company. They have made my backyard look like a little oasis, they do beautiful work. They are very fair with their pricing and when they leave the job, it looks like they were not even there working the fact it looks beautiful
