I was finally able to contact them on the date they were supposed to perform the work at 5:00 pm. They were running late and would not be able perform work on the scheduled date - after I had waited all day - that had been planned 3 weeks out. I had taken time off from work to be there and postponed until the next day. (Strike 1). Received a text message at 10:00 am the next day that the install person needed a power outlet. (kind of your fault since I couldn't be there) finally I convinced him that the gate was open and power was around the back. It took him 3 hours to install 2 straight gutters and 3 downspouts, one 23ft, the other 32ft. (strike 2). I was able to leave work (good thing I did!!!) After he got done, I pointed out that it had a rather large "dent" in it, and asked if he could fix that -since it was VERY noticeable on the front of the house (maybe he should have looked a that before putting it up?) It took another hour to CUT that out and REPLACE with another piece - So Much for SEAMLESS!!! - Overall, not worth the money spent, could have done it myself for half the cost and less problems. They were almost adequate - convince me otherwise.

Prompt bid and good work. I don't plan to replace the gutters again soon, but I would certainly hire them if I do.
