Hired Graham's Tree Service to trim a tree and haul away the debris. The truck with the shredder got stuck in the back easement and two of them spent the the day messing with the truck. The branches I wanted to have removed were not removed, and they left debris throughout the easement which does not belong to me. Because I paid them, they are now considering the job done and have been putting off completing the job since Feb. 23rd. It is now April 7th and I am trying to get a resolution with the help of Homeadvisor.

Three men arrived, all wearing the same orange sweatshirts and they accomplished the task in about 4 hours. Due to recent rain, and light rain throughout the day the men worked in very muddy conditions on top of a hill. The flat ground surface was only about 5-feet in width and then a drop off of a 5-foot stone wall. They removed all the debris. They were friendly and professional. Thank you.
