"Our kitchen ceiling may be cursed. A year and a half after a burst pipe led to a weeks-long ordeal, we noticed evidence of another, thankfully much smaller leak. Fortunately, the repair was much smoother this time around, and credit for that goes to Robert and his crew at AREM. Robert was able to stop by and provide an estimate the day my quote request went out, diagnose the source of and stop the leak the next day, and repair the drywall and paint the day after that.
