We help customers by designing HYBRID HEAT dual fuel systems designed to deliver maximum economy and energy star thermostat to save you money on utility bills. We are a Carrier Q+ dealer and also work with Trane and other major brands. We also provide ductwork, duct cleaning and advanced air purification systems for your better health. We are highly experienced and believe in the value of the loyal workforce which is why all our servicemen are well paid and enjoy full benefits. We also provide hi-tech ductless split system for central air conditioning. We use only the highest quality materials to excel in the HVAC industry. I am happy with Gosal. it was really easy to make an appointment, he came right away and gave us estimate at the same day. Their price was better than Sears and Home Depot. Other two companies from ServiceMagic, came to check out our place, but never even gave us estimate that was totally waste of our time. Without those 2 companies bothering us, we could finish our project finish much earlier with Gosal. Anyhow, we are really happy with the service Gosal gave to us! Thank you!

Quality of work and value for money was great! My only concern was not notifying me that they would be late to job site until they were alreadt 15 min late. Quality of work, job site cleanup and project was completed on time. I recomend and will use Gosal Heating & Air Condition again for my next HVAC project.

Rapid response and work completed as reported and on time. Noted a potential pipe issue visible only after removal of obstructing ducts and repaired as well.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
