The reason for the 3 stars is because though they did the work they said they would, they didn’t do a good cleanup afterwards and left parts and debris under the shed where the heating units were kept. To me, the cleanup afterwards is just as important as the work itself and is a sign of professionalism. The work also went longer than the estimated time so it would be better if they gave a longer estimate to allow for work-related delays.

Did great job and so far after two years no problems with my central heating. Had new Lenox heating system installed in 2015 by them.

Kesar was awful, if i could give zero stars I would, DO NOT HIRE HIM. He just yelled at me over the phone. He told us he'd be in today to repair a job he originally preformed and he left us waiting for an hour and a half before we called him asking where he was. He proceeded to tell us he'd come the next day. If we didn't call him he would have left us waiting for him! When I called him to politely let him know that tomorrow was a really busy day and we needed to be sure he'd be here on time, he proceeded to yell at me. I have never been treated so badly in my life, and I work in customer service.

It was very hard to get them to fix a problem ( a duct they installed that disconnected from the heating register) despite their written guarantee of work quality for 5 years. It took me over a one month and a final note of bringing my case to BBB to resolve before I got a response. Meanwhile, I called, emailed and texted the owner many times. BTW, I even drove to their "office" once - only to find out that it was the owner's own house - and no one answered the door. Ironically, we recently tried to look for a contractor via Homeadvisor.com to add an A/C system to our house, and Gosal being one of the top contractors on the list, I got a call from the same owner almost immediately!

We hired Gosal heating and air conditioning to install a new AC system in our house. His price was reasonable and he was able to come within 1 week to do the installation. After he installed and left, we noticed water leaking around the AC system. We called and scheduled for him to come and take a look. After asking Gosal to return back, 3 unsuccessful attempts to repair it later, we asked him to remove his system and return our money. After negotiation, he returned 80% of our money back and took back his system. I would not recommend hiring this company.
