The technician was poorly prepared and lacked tools necessary to complete the simple task of relighting the pilot light following the gas line repair. Thier offered solution was for me to call pg&e to light it

Kesar did a fantastic job of installing AC and furnace in our premises. He rightsized the AC and furnace capacity based on our specific environment and didn't try to oversell. In fact, his was the lowest bid of all the contractors I had received quote from. He is definitely knowledgable and knows what he is doing. He was able to answer any questions I had about any aspects of the work to my satisfaction. During the installation, he made sure that it didn't affect our day-to-day functioning and cleaned up all the trashes everyday when the installation was going on. The quality of the installation is great and I am highly satisfied. On flexibility front, I would give him high marks. While the project was going on, he accommodated my request to add two new exhaust fans in both my bathrooms. These bathrooms had no existing exhaust fans. He had to start from scratch while installing the fans. He still met the original deadline for AC and heater installation even though he picked up these additional tasks. I would definitely recommend him to anyone for a similar requirement, without any hesitation.

Price is inline with others but without haggling like buying use car I had with other vendors. Two Installers in site for 7 hours and perform professionally. I have not have my Title 24 test and final inspection done yet. I hope the final outcome is a possible experience.

We had an excellent bid from them and trusted prior reviews here. We did a furnace replacement with complete re-ducting. They are professionals and took us through inspection and permit process as well. It was a bit slower than expected but they did a thorough job and in the end we have a high efficiency leak proof system in place. By the way, we put in a Nest thermostat which lives to its name in energy saving with little user intervention.

Fast. Did not try to sell extras. Expected price.
