Julian Heat and Air

My air conditioner was repaired in 3 hours from the time I went on this website to the time it was running. It was the height of summer and I was not looking forward to being put on a waiting list. Awesome service!

Representative came earlier than the appointed time, and since the air conditioner was not functioning in a heat wave, I really appreciated that. He informed me of every step to ensure I understood and approved. I appreciate the quality and timeliness of the service.

Glenn came out quickly and did the repairs timely...very nice since it was 100 degrees!

Glenn was wonderful. whole system was not working. We thought we had checked all the breakers. Within 2 hours, he came all the way out to Orangevale. He was here 10 minutes and had it working. It was a breaker after all. He reset the breaker, didn't charge us and most important, didn't make us feel stupid for missing it. We gave him $20 for gas. Prompt, pleasant and honest. I would not hesitate to call him in the future

Glenn was very professional and knew the problem as soon as he pulled the side panel of the compressor unit. Replaced the capacitor and all is well again. He came inside the house and checked the temperature at the registers and temp was on the way down from 92* when he got here. I would recommend his service to all my neighbors if they needed his service.

Called for my Mom who's A/C went out. He was out the next day and had it fixed for an absolutely reasonable price. She even text me later to say what great service it was.

Glenn identified 3 possible things and quoted 3 costs associated with them that he could replace that might fix our problem of no cooling. Luckily the first tried option repaired my system. When asked if he could do better on the price he accomodated us with a $40 discount.

Glenn new the problem immediately, replaced the part, took less than 30 minutes.
