Nick provided us with wonderful service in repairing our broken refrigerator ice maker. He showed us the malfunctioning part which needed replacing, explained the problem, and went out of his way to get the needed replacement the same day. Nick is professional, courteous, friendly, and definitely a well qualified expert - "Good Tech" will certainly be our "go-to" company whenever we need help with appliance repairs - we highly recommend!

The Good Tech person was extremely patient with answering questions and analyzing the problem. I was quite surprised that he had the replacement part with him. The entire process was quick and efficient. He took pride in his work on our refrigerator. I would highly recommend them for refrigerator repair.

Was able to have a same-day service call to diagnose our refrigerator malfunction. Nick told us what repairs were needed and provided a very reasonable estimate of the cost. He came back the next to complete the necessary repairs. He was very professional and efficient in his work and cleanup efforts. We will definitely contact him for any other appliance repairs we may need in the future repairs.
