Nick was on time, explained his troubleshooting thoughts, performed the first step, which worked, cleaned up, and made sure we were happy with his service before heading out.

The Good Tech person was extremely patient with answering questions and analyzing the problem. I was quite surprised that he had the replacement part with him. The entire process was quick and efficient. He took pride in his work on our refrigerator. I would highly recommend them for refrigerator repair.
