Alex quoted a good price, showed up on time with an assistant and finished the job one day earlier than estimated. We now have beautiful kitchen cabinets. He even took extra time to go to hame depot for supplies to fix a problem that showed up due to the age of our cabinets and water damage. We are extremely grateful and pleased. Thanks.

1 out of 5 stars ? Kitchen Renovation from Hell ? Avoid Alex at All Costs. We hired Alex to handle our full kitchen renovation, and it turned into an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Right off the bat, he showed up with the completely wrong cabinets and wrong measurements. When we pointed it out, he had excuse after excuse?wrong order, supplier mix-up, miscommunication?never once taking responsibility. Weeks later he finally brought what he claimed were the ?right? ones, only for us to discover they weren?t measured correctly at all. The fit was terrible, gaps everywhere, doors not aligning. He literally stood there and insisted ?it looks fine? and refused to replace them. It took multiple heated arguments and threats to get him to actually order and install the correct cabinets. The cabinets arrived and they were shockingly low quality?thin particle board, flimsy hardware, cheap laminate that already looks worn after a few weeks. Please do NOT hire him.

I hired Alex to redo my kitchen. I had a problem with the counter and after doing a review on here Alex took care of it. However, now there is another problem with plumbing. Alex put in the wrong sink. He gave me a double sink, which I did not request, and it is deeper than the sink I had before so the drain is too high causing the plumbing problem. A licensed plumber gave me an estimate to do what is a,major repair because the drain is to high for the sink Akex put in. The price of this repair to make it right and stop the leaking is $2500.00. Thats a lot of money to add to the $7000.00 i paid Alex for a remodel that was not done properly. Alex should have known what sink to put in as this is supposed to be his business. I have been told my kitchen looks like a handyman did it not a professional..
