I highly recommend Jannard Cheeks with Good I Home Inspections for his outstanding professionalism and 5 Star Service. Despite a very short inspection window, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Jannard was extremely knowledgeable in identifying issues, explaining their significance, and offering recommendations and resources. He communicated both major and minor findings in a way that was easy for me to understand. Throughout the inspection, he was patient, thorough, and never too busy to answer my questions. He made sure I understood everything and even provided additional helpful insights. Overall, I would describe the inspection process as professional, reliable, thorough, detail-oriented regarding the inspection report which contained pictures and videos too. Jannard was timely and professional in that he warmly introduced himself upon arrival and explained his services and process. Jannard’s service was methodical, comprehensive and the inspection report arrived timely. However, what makes him standout above the rest is he observed my client was a first time homebuyer and he immediately went into instructor mode teaching how to repair minor deficiencies and offering overall general maintenance tips to preserve the integrity of the home. Don’t think twice as he will not disappoint.
