    Hired after interviewing 3 contractors. 3 weeks to start job. Removed vinyl siding and hauled away. Replaced damaged wood, then put new warp and window tape over the area. County inspector inspected, per permit pulled by contractor. Replaced with hardie plank, much nicer product than vinyl. Crew painted new siding with paint I purchased. Took about 10 working days to complete. County inspector conducted final inspection. Crew cleaned up and hauled away all material. Cost 9000.00

    Lucas with Golas construction is hands down the best person you want to consult with any of your construction projects. I hired him for hardiboard siding installation and his first quote was a better price than what I had to negotiate other contractors down to. From a person who LOVES to negotiate and haggle, Lucas s price was so fair that I didn t even bother trying to get him to a lower price. The quality and dedication to his work speaks for itself.

    Outstanding job, replaced the complete west side of my siding with hardy board in 2 days. Did extra work he didn't have to and didn't charge me. Went the extra mile to do a great job.
