Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat quality of work. Detail oriented workmanship, so glad I hired them.
The leak under the kitchen sink was fixed but he forgot to tighten something so he had to come back to stop the leaking. Fair enough, we all make mistakes. I asked him to adjust the pump in the toilet tank to stop the hissing it would do during the day. He adjusted the water level in the twice but it still hisses but more now than it did before. He suggested I purchase a new toliet. I have been wanting to do that but it was not in the budget. He said he'd do it for $300. The repair cost was $200 for an hours work. I thought that was high. He replaced a puddy like substance around the sink drain which had not been done when the garbage disposal was first installed.
Did their job and left
On time service. Good price and the technician was great.
I was not informed of a service charge for Sedona of $125. The website said free estimates. I purchased the replacement part, my neighbors and I had done all of the diagnosis work, and the city confirmed the leak was their responsibility. Since their serviceman showed up early, I said I may as well not waste his trip so I had him spend 5 minutes to unscrew an old part and screw in the new part I had purchased. I was floored when he told me the charge would be $175. I immediately called the office and was told they would get back to me. Meanwhile, I have received a paper bill for $175. I waited 3 weeks and telephoned the office again. I was told they would get back with me but they have not called me once about this issue. Very disappointed in the fact that no one has responded to my inquiry about the bill. Too bad, I even know one of their relatives.
Very professional. Job well done.
I was extremely pleased with how fast I could get an appointment and even more pleased with the quality and knowledge of Jim Hall. I would definitely call them for any plumbing issue.
Very professional, did excellent work. Would definitely hire again.
The plumber was friendly and curtious. He did a great job!
