Every representative of Goettl's High Desert Mechanical, Inc. that I made contact with was focused on making this a good experience. The plumbing director was very personable and I felt I could ask him any questions needed about the project. The plumber that worked so hard to do the job was very courteous and seemed to have no problem, explaining things to me. The contact with support staff at the office, relative to billing,made me feel like they appreciated my business.

This was a good experience top to bottom. Derick was a professional, personable, gave great suggestions and explanations of my problem and took care of it all on the same day. Very pleased with the service!

On time and well equiped for the job

Derick was extremely professional & helpful. always so polite, on time, very professional work. i would definitely recommend this company AND Derick,to anyone needing plumbing help.

Wanted a whole house water filtering system installed and Derick was very knowledgeable in helping us pick the right filtering system we needed. We already knew which brand, just not which system. He helped us understand how it will work and after we ordered it and it arrived he came out and installed it. Very satisfied with the service and pricing. Will definitely call them for any future work needed.

We went with Goettls after first recommended company rescheduled appointment three times. Goettls was then chosen, however, it was determined that our WH was over 11 years old. We decided to replace it, that will be done next Tuesday, so not all of the experience is done.
