I so appreciate Matt coming out and taking care of my clog toilet. He was polite and wonderful and made sure the job is done correctly. It s never cheap when you have a kind of emergency like this. I m just glad to have the toilet unstuck. And once again Matt it was wonderful

Very honest and professional

The person who came out knew his business unlike some less expensive companies that I have used in the past.

The Plumber (Pedro) showed up early for the appointment which was **refreshing**, as normally service techs are late or do not show at all. Pedro acted professionally and the job performed was also very professional. Con: Cost was a bit high (service call/trip fee) We would certainly recommend Goettl.

He does try to pinpoint the problem of gas regulator/control valve. He had to call the manufacture of gas fire starter for troubleshooting of this devices.

Not only did Matt do excellent work, but he was on time both days he was out, first to troubleshoot and service my hot water heater. In addition, a leak formed the day after the service work at a valve and he made a special trip out to fix that too. I also talked to BJ in their office several times and they took the time to research the answer for any of the questions I had about their policies and the new equipment I wound up buying to replace my old set up. I am very happy with everything related to this project.

Great service - reasonable price

Customer service was fantastic. We had a gas line installed for a grill. It took longer to dig the trench than expected. The first time it failed inspection since a cut-off valve was not installed (and we had requested a cut-off valve). After the work was done, we didnâ t think about it - but all the pilot lights for our hot water heater, heater, and fireplaces should have been reset prior to his leaving. Otherwise, it was a great job.

They were very dependable and did a great job...Highly recommend.
