Tim at Shark Pool Care is the absolute best! After years of dealing with other pool companies that felt like scams were expensive, incompetent, and constantly leaving my pool cloudy or something broken ! I finally found someone I can trust. Since switching to Shark Pool Care, my pool has been sparkling blue every week. The water stays crystal clear between visits, and the walls never turn yellow. Tim is honest, reliable, and personable. I don’t feel like just another customer, I feel like a friend. This summer, he turned my pool from swamp green to sparkling blue in just two days, exactly as he promised (I doubted it at first based on my past experiences, but he delivered!). My equipment is running perfectly, nothing is breaking, and there are no hidden charges or constant “surprise” repairs like I had with past companies. After trying three different services in the last three years, Shark Pool Care is now my permanent pool company. No games, no stress just a beautiful pool!

Malachi did a asking with the cleaning of all the algae and leaves in the bottom of my pool.Shark pools also have affordable rates for biweekly service,I would definitely recommend.

Malachi was professional and definitely knew his stuff. I was having problems with my pump starting so my pool turned green. He came on Monday morning, flushed my lines and got my pump going. He then treated the algae in the pool. After 24 hours, my pool looked so much better but then after 48 hours, it looked great. I will definitely be calling him again. I have uploaded pictures from Monday morning and then Wednesday evening.

Excellent company for pool cleaning and maintenance services. Their customer service was outstanding, and I experienced no issues with receiving prompt responses. The young gentleman I spoke with was highly knowledgeable and provided great assistance throughout the process. I highly recommend to anyone!
