    When he showed up, Scott did great work and finished everything I wanted done. But that is the problem: getting him to show up. Multiple missed appointments, no communications and didn't send pics as promised gets him a half star rating for customer service.

    The job was completed in a very timely manner. Pictures were taken regarding some roof repair; however, we never received the pictures as indicated. Good price and we were thankful to find a company that actually cleans gutters. Everyone wanted to sell us "leaf guards" for our home.

    Scott provided a lot of fyi's on additional work needed on roof. He provided decent estimate on cost. Advised need for delay until July 28th, so we'll see results then. Loved the pictures to show before and end result. Great customer service addition.

    Never showed up on original appointment day explained he had a problem with a employee. Scott would not provide a written estimate upon request and after starting the job changed the pricing. Ask to be paid prior to finishing the job indicating he had to make payroll. After agreed price, I paid and Scott the owner never returned or called to finish the job. I was mislead by reviews
