We agreed on a price and an estimated work date. Once into the job, he discovered some additional repairs were needed in a pergola that is structurally incorporated into the deck. Some of the structure had rotted in a hidden area. After showing me the newly discovered damage, Jeffery came up with a plan of action and reevaluated what would be needed. We agreed on a price based on the new Information and he got back to work. He was able to complete the job with great results. I was very pleased with his service and communication throughout. He was always on time. He and his crew were professional and unobtrusive throughout completion of the project. They also made a point to clean up daily after they wrapped up. "John was meticulous. It was as though this was his front yard. He performed two extra functions and did not charge us for it. He trimmed much of the border grass with a clipper so that he would not damage the Day Lillies. A sign was laying on the ground from a previous maintenance worker and without being asked he put it back up! He reviewed his work and then went back over the entire yard to make sure he hadn't missed a spot. The entire time he was working he had the warmest smile on his face which assured us that he loved what he was doing. He deserves 10 stars :-)"

We had so much overgrowth it was unreal, and it looked like it was going to engulf our home. The best way I could explain my back yard was a wild area, a Jungle. Josh and Alan came in trimmed, shaved, cleared, and leveled a working canvas of opportunities for us to create our dream backyard. As I gaze upon my finished yard, I cried because it is so beautiful, and in the time of COVID-19 I can find peace and serenity in my backyard away from the world.
