I received a detail list of work needed. Company worked with me to pay via POP money through my bank, I never had to give a credit card or a check. Had one issue with the actual company that put up the tent, they damaged the attic door, when brought to their attention they tried to deny the damage was done on their end...I had to explain that my home was vacant so no one else would have done any damage. Still not repaired, however I will do it on my end.

I was truly impressed by Juan Geoffrey. Punctual, conscientious and polite. He spot treated one wall which had termites, and also replaced the trim around our sliding door, which had water damage. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He was not in a hurry and took his time to do the job right. Would hire him again and will have him do our annual inspection.

Our eaves, fascia, and roof had sustained quite a bit of water and termite damage. Geffroy Termite was prompt to respond, courteous, flexible and thorough. We were very impressed with their work ethic, desire to make things right, and we were very pleased with the final job. Clean up was great. We would definitely recommend them.

We purchased an old single family and hired Geffroy for treating drywood termite and fungus, repairing damaged wood members, straightening the structure posts in the scrawl space and replacing a few ventilation screens. Geffroy is absolutely great. He came to our house for a pretty thorough free inspection including going under the scrawl space. He gave a very competitive bid compared to the bid we got from HomeGuards. He was very professional and patient and explained a lot of things to me (a first time home owner knows pretty much nothing). We decided to hire him on Friday. To our pleasant surprise, Geffroy was able to meet our time constraints and came to work on our house over the weekend (one day after we made our decision). He finished most of the work over the weekend and came for a few touch up the next Tuesday. Overall, we are very satisfied with his work. What impressed me the most is his hard-working attitude. He stayed to finish his work on Sunday until 11pm (took longer than he thought) and did not charge us extra beyond the price we agreed upon. We highly recommend Geffroy for termite control and general contracting for the quality of his work, his pricing and most of all his work attitude.
