I recently used this company for the first time to repair my gas fireplace and was impressed. The fix seemed complicated but Marioâ s experienced showed he knew exactly the root cause and how to fix it. What stood out to me was how he explained each step, ensuring I understood what was being done. Additionally, the pricing was transparent with no hidden costs, which I greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, Mario opened the fireplace, removed components and immediately found a leak that caused the odor coming from pipe feeding the gas logs. (We had not been able to use the fireplace for awhile, thinking that it was bad drafting chimney). After fixing the leak, he reassembled the unit with new lava rock and embers and cleaned up. The unit looks and works as it did when new. We would call him again for any fireplace problems.
