After five years the floor began to bubble, crack and split. I contacted â  Tomâ  he wanted to patch the trouble spots, recoat the floor and only charge me $1250! He got verbally abusive on the phone when I told him I wouldnâ  t pay $1250 when the warranty for adhesion was for 10 years. I had a bad experience with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. .....Updated 8/03/23... Epoxy floor installed with a 10 year warranty for adhesion. after five years the floor began to crack, chip, and blister. After trying Emails a registered letter "Tom" finally sent his boys over to patch the floor. They took some pictures and left. I contacted Tom and he told me they would grind out the bad spots and only charge me $1250 to recoat the floor. I refused this offer and told him to patch the bad spots at which point he got beligerant and told me it is customers like you that put small companies like his out of business

This company is great to do business with and they did a great job on my garage floor. From the beginning when Steve came it to give the estimate, then to the job itself was a great experience. I used this company to epoxy our basement floor and it turned out great! I am very particular and they accommodated all my questions/requests without hesitation. The owner is super responsive and involved from the original quote to the finished product. I would definitely use this company again.

Garage Solutions started when they said they would start and finished when they said they would finish. The epoxy surface they installed is very hard and very attractive. I expect it to last many years. Garage Solutions provided a very high quality installation at a very fair price. They answered every question I had and were a pleasure to work with.
