I had a tough floor, no question about it and they made it better. Tom, the owner was on site every day for every process step, totally involved. The floor today is much better than before the application of the epoxy and flake. They added filler and leveler to fill in the pitting and then ground it flat. There are a few uneven spots and epoxy swirls that were not there before, however overall it is a great improvement.
