Met with Gary and could sense he had the talent and desire to do a great job. This was two connected decks all with trex decking and railings. There were other items included in the job. He completed all of them and did it all in a timely manner. He is talented and honest, qualities you really need in a good contractor. He will be doing future work for me. He proved himself to be a very professional and honest contractor. A credit to his profession.

After seeing our driveway, said they could do the work and then they could not. We are older adults, and requested he keep the money for the work he had done and refund the rest so we could hire someone else. He refused. Never give us his physical address so now we cannot file a civil complaint. I did file a police complaint, but when they called, said that was not his phone!! Very disappointed with service.

He was very personable and stay on the phone with me the first time he plowed, so he knew how big the driveway was. I will definitely hire him again.

Gary contacted me within an hour of placing a request for a quote. He quickly gave a fairly priced quote and explained what the quote covered. The statement of work was clear and included everything we talked about. The floors he put in were beautifully done. While installing the floor he promptly gave status updates with pictures and calling. He built outside front stairs that were sound and perfectly match the house, he even painted the door. The power washing cleaned the house well and quickly. All in all GS Construction does exemplary work and you can see the pride in his work. It is difficult to find a contractor who can give you a better value for your money. I definitely recommend GS Construction for your repair and building needs.

Had no experience with HA, And since there are very limited choices here in North Country, but had contact with GS construction for internal home painting on and off. Gary came here. Looked at what we wanted painted and hubby and I contracted with him the day he came to estimate hours and cans of paint. He showed up here with Another painter it took 2 days but the areas we wanted painted were complete! For a pain in the butt job, they did a most excellent job and totally cleaned up any spatters.

Gary and his crew are amazing. They did the job and it looks fantastic. You guys are amazing.

They (3 men) arrived at 9:00 and started tearing the old cedar deck off. Replaced two sets of steps along with the 24 x 14 deck. One step into the house and another on to the side lawn. They finished at 4:30. We were very impressed and pleased with their job.
