Gps installed my heat pump in February. Of 2016 I only used it once that year because of a warm winter. Last year was another warm year and I only had to use it a couple of days. Well this year we finally got some winter weather and I had to put it to use, and had some control problems.even though it was 2 years in service, Jeremy with GPS came out and with his technician solved the problem at no cost. A company that truly stands behind there products and work.

The original variable speed pool pump went out. This was the second pump in five years. We had them do an assessment our system and installed a larger pump. They also reprogramed our remote to the new brand as well. They returned after a week to check and make sure everything was fine. Very knowledgeable.
