My only issue is with regard to the heater quote. I think they should have let me know that I would need to hire a separate gas plumber to hook up the gas to the heater in the quotation to me. I had not planned on the extra expense which was not insignificant. Once the gas is hooked up, they should also come back to do a complete system check to make sure everything is operating properly. This should be their responsibility and NOT the plumbers. Setting this aside, they did a good job.

We had bids from numerous pool contractors before choosing GPS Pools and weÂ’re so glad we chose them. Roy Whitfield was wonderful throughout the entire process. He showed up when he said he would, did exactly what he said he would do, stayed on top of all the subcontractors, and stayed within budget. We could not have asked for more!
