Just had the service done so not so sure of the effects. Would be nice if they did a follow up call to see if we had any questions or perhaps what we may or should expect. Other than that. Very prompt response, great with scheduling. Haven't had to use a service like this before so nothing to compare too, but overall seems like a good company

John did an excellent job of explaining what he was going to do plus options which would be up to me. Price was reasonable and one application was all that was needed to rid us of a yellow jacket nest near our deck. Great job !

I hired this company to do carpenter ant extermination. On the day they were supposed to do the job, the owner, John, mixed me up with another customer and they were not able to do the job contracted for. They advised me to let their employee spray my home being that he was already there. I rescheduled the service to the following week and had to cancel as something came up. I realized a few days later that I was charged the entire amount of the job, $1237 the day I cancelled. I called the office and was told that the job had been started with the spraying and her boss told her to charge me. I lost confidence in this company when they immediately charged me when I cancelled my appt. but not when they did the actual spraying. I found this to be unscrupulous and did not want to do business with them any longer. They would not refund my money but tried to get me to pay $580 and then $745 for the spraying. Unusual when I had been quoted $575 for 3 sprayings, once each season. It took me 3 months to get my money back after filing complaints with home advisor and my bank. Beware of doing business with this company.

The customer was not prepared for the service at the time of the scheduled appointment. After that she kept rescheduling over and over. We decided to refund the full payment. It's what we do.
