Called immediately. Prompt, courteous, accurate. Honest. (Eliminated a hornets' nest the day after I made my request. Removed additonal hives in the beginning stages, that were quickly being built. Hornets have not returned.) No strong chemical odor.

Very courteous, prompt, and cleans up any mess (which is a plus, I love it). If all goes well, we will hire him to come on a quarterly basis. Did I leave out the his rates are affordable. My entire house was treated inside and out for a very very low price. Plus he threw in a bonus ant treatment.

Very pleasant to deal with. Explained all that was going on, and gave helpful hints to keep the bees and wasps away. Haven't seen any of those pesky critters (bees/wasps) since the spraying was done. Successful application. (I also signed up for the after-application service plan which provides 3 more sprayings throughout the year.

As soon as I submitted my request. I received a phone call right away. G-Man came to my home the same day. He was very professional. He explained in detail what had to be done to get rid of the termites. His price was within our budget. I would recommend G-Man very highly.
