G-Man Exterminating and Pest Control

I made the right choice by choosing John. He is extremely professional and an expert in his field. He called me to inquire about my pest issues. He was not pushy, nor did he try to hard sell his services. We made an appointment, but not immediately because I actually had committed to using the services of another exterminator. Well guess what.... I never got a call back from the first exterminator who said he would stop by and treat my pest problems. So, I called John. He made an appointment with me. He arrived on time. He used superior products to treat our bug issues. He was very respectful of our home and pets. Thanks John!!!

Juan was very courteous both over the phone an in person. He worked quickly, was very friendly and followed up on the work several months later. I would absolutely recommend him for his thoroughness and work habits as well as getting rid of the mice.

G Man exterminating did a lot of research to find out what type of bugs I had and was in contact with me via e-mail and phone. In this way he was able to know how to treat the problem correctly and keep me informed. Juan was a true professional and was able to relate to an average person. I would definately call G Man Exterminating again should I have the need.

John scheduled an appointment for me very quickly and came when he said, calling in advance as well. He is knowledgable and courteous and really cares about correcting our "bug" problems. Juan made telephone contact with me within the hour after I put in a request with Service Magic. He spent a lot of time explaining how he would spray the house and the chemicals he uses. He went out of his way to do the job I requested - he even came on a Sunday! He called me while he was at the house to discuss the bee problem and the estimate. He also left information with my sons about his service and the chemicals he uses. He is an absolutely amazing person to deal with! I will continue to use him and will recommend him to everyone I know who has a pest control problem.
