They get great ratings for tree service, however I give them poor customer service for snow removel. Piled gravel, gravel scattered onto the concrete, pinned in garbage can, pumpkins shoveled off the steps onto the ground below, higher fee than quoted.

What would you do? They were not home, so I used my best judgement. They live on a hill off a highway, I gave them a price over the phone not taking into account 75' driveway, and they added a flight of stairs & a porch at the top(after the quote). The pumpkins, I guess were on the steps buried under the snow drift (the size of goards). The upper portion was a driveway & parking area with gravel all under 4" of snow. They failed to inform me of this(the gravel), keep in mind a rake and 5 minutes it would be fixed. I charged $20 extra for long driveway, steps & upper porch. Can't please everyone, even though I try, and will keep trying.

I hired GE Tree Service to do the work. They called and set appointment to come out to do the work; it was a real cold rainy day and they still kept the appointment and did the work. They did a great job!!

I hired Mike at GE Tree Service to remove dead aspens from my rental property in Littleton. I currently reside in Arizona, so I needed someone that I could rely on to do a good job without me being there. Mike and his team did a great job for a fair price. I will use them again.

Through a miscommunication of mine, GE did some work for me that was actually given to a different contractor. To GE's credit, they did a great job and provided superlative customer service. I only gave them 4 stars on price because they were a little higher than the other contractor, but in the end they honored the lower price. I'd absolutely hire these guys (again, but for the first time) and had a great experience with them.

Did it quickly, removed tree branches same day, came back for tree trunk next day, did not tear up the yard. Did not vacuum up the chips in the area where tree was located, just most of them in the yard. Did a good job for the value.

The crew was very professional and accepted my input on the trimming and shaping of the trees and shrubs. Project was completed in one day. Owner, Michael, did come to review progress of job with his crew.
