When I received a quote, I was told the job could be done that week or the next week. When I called to let them know I wanted the company to do the job, I was told it could be done by the following 2 days (which I thought was great). Four business days went by, nothing was done & I wasn't contacted why there was a delay. When I called on the 4th day, I was told the job would be done the following day. I said if it wasn't, I was going to another company. The job was done, but the shrub trimming didn't look like a professional did it. It looked more like if I did it myself.

We pair up our small jobs or squeeze them in as we can unless there is a customer deadline, which there wasn't . As for the project the customer wanted, it involved very damaged Junipers to be very trimmed way back & cut low below a window. I recommended that they be removed, because of their poor condition & years of neglect, I know from experience, you can't cut them back because they will always look terrible, she didn't care, couldn't afford to remove them, We trimmed them exactly to where she wanted them, after fully informing her of the outcome, Junipers will always look horrible if over cut. My reviews reflect that I do inform & care.

They contacted me the same day I posted to Service Magic, and I had an appointment scheduled by the next day. They were thorough and a good value for the money. The only reason they didn't get five stars all around is because on the second day, when they came back to pick up their machinery, they accidentally left the back gate open. Barring this, it was a good experience. I will definitely use them again in the future.

It took a couple of weeks to get the stump ground but we were not in a rush. When the stump was ground there were 18 oil spots on the sidewalk my daughter needed to clean off with detergen and water. I thought the price to do the work was a bargain.
