Brandon Davis was our project manager, and did an excellent job. He showed up to our house on time, did a thorough inspection, gave us a great quote, so we proceeded with the project. From paperwork with our HOA to the completion of the project he kept us updated and informed on the process. We could not be happier with him. I had our patio roof redone February 14, 2024 We recently had our patio inspected, and the inspector stated that the modified material is buckling and creating ridges in the surface. He indicates the material has separated from the roof sheathing. It has caused water to get through and the wood has expanded along the patio roof and caused the wood to be pulled away from the stucco. I need the patio to be fixed. I called April 29 and spoke with Maya the manager and she said somebody would get a hold of me. I didn?t hear anything. so I called Friday, April 1st, talked to Sally Ford and she said somebody would get a hold of me and I have not received a call back so I called Monday, May 4 and talked to Shelby. She had me text pictures and a video of the patio and said someone will call me. And no body called me back. So I called today 5/6/2026 talked to Hannah waiting for her to call back I feel like I?m getting the runaround and I want my patio fixed the right way.

HORRIFIC COMPANY and TERRIBLE, SLOPPY work. This company does not show up when they say, does not communicate or respond and the work looks like a 2 year old child did it. Formal complaint filed and id getting escalated tomorrow after waiting around for hours again today as they are ?on the way?. LOOK at this roof replacement they did AND the ?repairs? have only caused more damage to my home. DO NOT RISK YOUR HOMES STRUCTURE BEING DAMAGED BY THIS COMPANY!!! They slapped wood on top of the metal to fix how bad that was and that made things worse??.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They came out and replaced my roof in February. It has leaked 5 times since then. Instead of fixing the roof, they?ve added about 2 gallons of caulking around the ac unit. I told them it would still leak, they said no, and then it leaked again. And again. And again. And again. And again. I told them the water damage indoors would make my 40 pound ceiling light fall, they said no. The next morning it fell 14 feet about a foot away from my head. I had another leak last week (not shocking at all considering half the shingles are not laid properly, and they just ?fixed it? by slopping sealant all over a ?brand new roof?). This time they refused to fix the water damage inside, and PAINTED OVER the bubbling paint and damaged drywall. They never paid me for the light fixture, never fixed the tiles in my kitchen that got broken from the light falling. They never fixed my roof and they didn?t fix the water damage inside. I paid 20k for a new roof only to have ext

On 9/17 I noticed orange paint on my tiles after my roofing job was completed. After noticing this I called Jared, who initially drew up the contract. He told me he was in the West Valley and would come by the house. The next day I hadn't heard from him so I decided to call. After the call went to voicemail, I left him a text message to call me at his earliest convenience. Around 2:00 P.M. I still hadn't called from him so I called the office. I explained the lack of response from Jared to the supervisor and she set-up an appointment for 9:00 A.M. on 9/19. Out of the blue, Jared called me and said he was 10 minutes away and asked if I was available. I told him I was a fair distance away, but he could still examine the roof. After not hearing from him, I assumed he was coming by on 9/19. Today at 9:10 I hadn't heard from him, so I called the office again. I explained the situation to the receptionist and she told me he came by the house on 9/18. She further told me he was in the office

All about roofing just finished my roof here in surprise they handled all the coordination with my solar for me as well, these guys showed up everyday on time and cleaned every day before they left like they were never here. The office called every step of the way through the whole process.

September 18, 2024 All About Roofing LLC, Just wanted to let you know that on July 14th, there was a horrible storm that went through Tucson and left our roof damaged. Gilbert Galindo was here on our street checking out other roofs that were also damaged on our street. It was after 5 and he was right there taking care of all the neighbors that had roof damage. We gave him all the necessary information that was required to get the process started and Gilbert said not to worry, that his company would take care of the process to get the insurance company, etc. going to get our roof taken care of. Every time we had a question or wanted to know the progress, I contacted Gilbert and he answered our questions without a problem. He has been extremely courteous and pleasant every time we have contacted him. He informed us, plus the office, of when the process would begin. From getting our solar panels removed, to the roof being replaced, and then the re-installation of the solar panels. He was here checking on the progress of the roof installation on September 12th and answered more of our questions. On Friday, the 13th, the solar panel re-installation began and the first set of panels we originally had installed a few years ago, would not come on line. The second set of panels came on line right away. The lead installer said that he could not get the panels started again, so I asked him if someone else would be coming out to try to get them started. He did not know when that would happen. He said maybe the next week. Not being satisfied with that answer, I called Gilbert and told him what was going on. He said he would call the company and he told me that he told them to get a team out here sooner, rather than later. Gilbert called me back and they said a new team would be here on the 17th between 1pm and 4pm. They showed up around 10:30am and got started. Come to find out that a couple of the connections were not completed correctly. The new team got the first set of panels working right away after they found the problem. I let Gilbert know that the panels were finally working and he was extremely pleased. Gilbert is an awesome representative of your company. In my view, he goes the extra mile to get the work done and done properly. The employees getting the old roof off and getting the new roof on were excellent in doing their job as well. Please thank them again for all their hard work on a hot day. We would recommend your company to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs. Thank you again. Terry and Michael
