We took the wife's laptop to Rick with a terminal hdd problem. Rick was great and although this drive was demonically possessed he managed to pull all the data and install it on a new ssd and put that back in the laptop. Rick is a great guy and treated us very fairly. He will definitely be my go to computer guy. THANKS Rick!

Rick was quick and well versed in what needed to be done he got to it and got right to the trouble and took care of it would send any of my friends to him with out a second though.

Rick Hall contacted me quickly and arranged to come to my house the next day to set up a new iMac and transfer data from the old one. He arrived on time and went through the set-up of the new computer with me. He answered all the questions I had both about the new computer and internet, wifi, and printer issues I asked about. He left an external hard drive to transfer data overnight from the old computer. He called me the next day to let me know when he would be back. I happened to be having wifi issues at the time and he recommended that I install a router. He offered to pick one up on his way along with what was needed to install it. When he got here, he quick set up the router and connected all devices. Because Apple changed the ports on its new Macs, Rick was unable to transfer the data from the external drive and had to order an adapter cable. But when he left, the new Mac was up and running with most of the data present. The new router greatly improved the wifi and eliminated printing complications I had been having. The internet speed of all devices was also much improved. It took one last short visit with the new adapter for Rick to complete the data transfer. Everything is working well. Rick is friendly, knowledgeable, and his charges were very reasonable for all that he did. He always called to let me know when he would be arriving and always came when expected. I am very pleased with his services and would certainly recommend him.

This was the person who knew his job. He kept time as agreed on and the work was done within 30 minutes. Awesome job.
