Rick goes the extra mile for his customer. He came to my work to pick up my laptop and met me at an appointment to deliver my laptop. I'm in the middle of moving, don't have the software he was still able to restore my computer. He found the issues that previous techs just overlooked. My computer took more than 3 minutes to start - he fixed it. Highly recommend.

I've used Richard Hill (Freelance Computers) several times now. He always gives you more than you expect. He goes way beyond what we want him to do; and, many times, he can do it remotely. Although, he will come to your property as well! He has fixed a "malware virus', synced our iPhones & set up our computer networks. He always looks for the optimum solution at the fairest price. In fact, I think he sometimes undercharges for his services - we would be lost without him. Nice guy & a great communicator.
