Jon and his crew just completed our new deck. We originally got an estimate to just replace the floor on our old deck, and Jon was much more reasonable than my other estimates. When they tore up the old floor, we found that the old deck, that was here when we bought the house, wasn’t up to code and had some other structural issues that would have made it not practical to repair (these were legitimate issues, Jon wasn’t just trying to upsell us). He gave us an estimate to tear out the old deck and replace it that were honestly not much more than the estimate to replace the floor from other contractors. We had some issues with getting materials, and the weather was pretty bad this spring, so it took a little longer than we would have liked, but that wasn’t Jon’s fault. But it was worth the wait. These guys do good work, they are meticulous, and you could drive a truck on this thing. I highly recommend Fox Renovations, and I’m sure we’ll use them again.

Needed repair of aging deck. They pointed out that the old deck was far worse than I thought. They were very particular to do the work correctly. Deck looks great and is a very stable elevated deck.

Fox Renovations has done 2 major projects for me. He replaced my deck with a screened in back porch and he has installed flooring throughout my house. I am very pleased with his work. He keeps me informed with the work schedule. And I think his prices are fair.

John did a great job installing an exterior door we rescued from an old law office. He had to clean up a previous contractor's sloppy work and custom built a new door frame and threshold for the door. He also installed a new screen door for us as well. He was easy to work with, and the communication was always timely and accurate. He did a great job! I will definitely use his services in the future should I need more home remodeling work done.

The cost was a little high but they did get right in touch with me and did the job fast and efficiently
